Squiseating was born in 2013 from the original idea of chefs Domenico Colonnetta and Francesco Patti to create a banqueting of excellence offering prestigious and refined cuisine.
The knowledge and experience of our chefs and the personal and unmistakable touch gained in the Michelin-starred Restaurant Coria since 2012 are the hallmarks of all our events, making them unique in the Sicilian banqueting scene.

Our cuisine draws inspiration from the immense heritage of traditional Sicilian recipes, reinterpreted by our chefs in a contemporary, gourmet key.
Always original and elaborate, Squiseating’s menus are freshly prepared, thanks to state-of-the-art equipment that allows us to cook anywhere.
The show cooking by our chefs, offering the possibility of watching the live preparation of some dishes, is for guests one of the most engaging and exciting moments among the others.
